Method No. 1 Fix Your Pc Ran Into A Problem And Needs To Restart

First You Have Boot your PC. If you are not Able to Boot Than You have to Boot it in Safe Mode, And check the isuue occure in safe mode or not. I suggest you to set the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

If the issue do not occur in Safe Mode, perform a clean boot and check. Setting the system in a clean boot state will help to identify if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue
